The Hotel Owner

Mr Jack and Mrs Eileen Jackson have been running the Castle Hotel for 14 years. Jack, a giant of a man loves to interact with customers and is the front of house man, greeting guests on arrival, serving cocktails in the hotel bar and generally trying to be the life and soul of the party. This, although essential in providing the customers with a carefree, enjoyable holiday, leaves Eileen to deal with everything else.

Eileen cooks, cleans and deals with all admin. She is constantly under pressure especially  in the busy summer season. She is surrounded by paperwork, has to deal with staff issues and has little time for herself.

So at Smarter Accounting, we offer flexible help and support when Eileen needs it most. We do all the book-keeping during the busy summer season and then hand it back to Eileen in October.
